We come along at a pre-arranged date and time.  After asking lots of questions to find out about your business and how you like you customers to be treated, we ring up every customer that owes you money.

We introduce ourselves as a member of your team, they hear a polite friendly request for money and appropriate responses to any excuses they may give.

A couple of days after our first session, clients report that a lot of the overdue money comes in all at once.  Some customers might need a little more persuading, but we know how to spot which ones they are and how to persuade them.

If anyone needs a copy invoice, statements, or has a a query on an invoice; we deal with it so they have no excuse for not paying.

We list for you what money has been promised and when - so you can plan your cash flow.  If customers don't keep their promises we ring up again and remind them.

We find out if your customers need you to do anything to help get you on their payments list (call at a particular day of the month, send statements out) and add these requests to the information you keep about your clients.

We make records for you of all the contact we have with your customers - so you can see patterns of who needs more attention before they will pay.

No!  We charge by the hour, for the time you need us.  We can work from your premises or remotely from our own.  our rates are comparable with those charged for book keeping services or agency rates for temporary credit control staff.  All businesses are different, so we can't put a 'one size fits all' rate here.  But when you compare our charges to the cost of your time chasing round for money, bank charges, possibly solicitors fees or debt collectors, add on the stress factor of never knowing when you will be paid ..... we offer very good value for money.
